Compatibility: We recommend ordering this handle only for Asterom canes with a classic derby handle. It is not recommended for knob-style canes, fully carved canes, reinforced canes, or non-Asterom shafts.

Love the handle’s ergonomic carving. It handles very well. I have a lot more control, grip and its such a natural grasp in my palm. Very well made solid oak. Just don’t ever drop it, pieces may chip if you’re careless in handling it.

I have been through some canes but these have been the best. Good customer service and top notch quality. If you are thinking of trying one, do it. You wont be disappointed. Five stars

Awesome canes

I ordered one of the carved metal wolf handles and I can barely keep it in my hand because people want to see it. The response is always “were did you get it “ and of course I tell them. I am very pleased with the three canes I have and for sure will be ordering more. Thank you Asterom for making wonderful canes

Worth every penny and every minute of the long wait

On June 12th, 2024, I ordered the following items:

After a long wait, today (July 2nd, 2024), all the items were delivered. The order was packed very nicely (no damage to any of the components) and the assembly took just a couple of minutes. Let me say, the assembled cane is beautiful and feels very sturdy. I am impressed with the quality. I am going to sing praises of Asterom to all my friends and always order from them if I need a new cane or one of cane components, however long it takes for the order to arrive.

I seldom write reviews but when I first held this little gem, I had to. I have been using canes to assist with my walking for many years. I have had wood and aluminum canes during that time. About 9 years ago I found a handmade solid wood cane that I loved. It lasted up until about 5 months ago. Since then I went through 3 cheaper ones. Then I found this. I Love it!
