I was not sure about the color of my cane and Oleg,in customer service, walked me throughout this task. I bought a cane from them before and I love it. I wanted to order another top part that has an eagle, and I was having trouble matching it; due to the fact that I am color blind. Oleg was very patient with me and had me send a picture of my cane. Great cane, great customer service, great prices. Thank you Oleg in customer service, you sell the company with your professionalism !!!

I recently had knee surgery and wanted a cane to help me through my recovery. I went on Amazon.com and came across the "Asterom Canes". I ordered one and it arrived this afternoon (the same day as my surgery). What an incredible work of craftsmanship. Every detail is perfect. The handle fits perfectly in my hand and the quality of the wood and finish was way beyond what I was expecting. I chose the recommended length and it fits ABSOLUTELY perfect.

Only after it arrived did I realize that the cane was hand-made in Ukraine. This made it even more special. I decided to put aside my pride at age 75 and get a cane for balance. I ordered this cane because I liked the design. It arrived in 2 days! That is when I learned that you are in Ukraine. I am a staunch supporter of your country, and I am happy to support your economy.

I bought this cane for my husband. It is a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship. Through no fault of Asterom, the handle chipped due to dropping it. I contacted customer service who went above and beyond in making sure my issue was resolved. I wish every business put that much care in making sure their customers are satisfied. I will be a repeat customer and refer others to Asterom.
