My first Asterom cane got a LOT of attention. Enough that it was stolen off the back of my chair at the pub while eating lunch. But that cane fit my hand and height so perfectly I immediately ordered another - the Nymph this time. Now THAT cane gets a lot of attention, and it stays in front of my eyes at all times. There are just some places I can't take it - church, for example - so I ordered another cane with the plain Classic handle.
Asterom canes are gorgeous, sturdy, and well built. The number of designs offered is amazing. I'm so glad they offer custom sizes and engraving; I've learned that to truly enjoy your cane, one really must do the proper measurements to ensure you're getting the right length for your height and arm length. I've not had to contact customer service with an issue, but I have communicated with Asterom to express my appreciation over the product I received. They were kind and gracious, and I appreciated the warmth of their response.
