We have some model of canes, ready to ship, stored in our US warehouse. You can find them in our catalog, marked with "US Warehouse" label. These canes may be delivered much faster, but they all are 36" long.

How to determine proper handmade walking cane length: just put on the shoes you usually wear and ask someone to measure the distance from the floor to your wrist join (your arm should be relaxed); you can measure your old cane as well.

This custom cane will be shipped out from Ukraine via registered airmail (UkrPoshta, official Ukrainian postal service). Within the territory of the US, it'll be delivered by USPS (please note, delivery requires a signature upon receipt). All buyers will be provided with tracking numbers.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of the purchase.

If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We'll solve any issue and provide you with the best possible solution.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 2-3 days.

A Work of Art

I've needed a cane for a few years now and have previously settled for canes that were just Good Enough. Most canes that I've found are rather boring and in some cases downright ugly. Not to mention uncomfortable and awkward to use. This cane, however, is none of those things. This cane is a work of art through and through. From the beautifully organic and incredibly comfortable handle to the gorgeous silky smooth finish this cane screams care and craftsmanship. It puts all my old canes to shame! I hope I'll still be using this cane 40 years down the line.
From what I can tell canes with the walnut finish typically include a melchior ring but I have a nickel allergy and requested a brass ring be included with my order. The folks at asterom were happy to oblige. The brass and walnut go together wonderfully! I would absolutely recommend this cane to anyone who is considering picking one up.

My New Favorite Cane

I use a cane fairly often, as I suffer from a Diabetes related condition known as Charcot Joint Syndrome, in both feet. Charcot Joint often has the effect of deforming one or both feet, and my right foot is somewhat deformed. As a result, when I walk, I frequently either lose my balance or appear to stagger, as if drunk. I am presently waiting to be fitted for a pair of Custom Orthopedic Shoes that will ensure my ability to stand and walk.Meanwhile, I have found using a cane to be very beneficial, as a cane helps me keep my balance. I have several canes at home, but really only use two or three of them. The problem with many of them is the Cane's top portion (the "handle"). I have only had good results with Canes that have the traditional "curve" to them. Canes like this one are often a problem, because after I use the Ergonomic handle for a while, my hand seems to cramp up. But the photo on the Product Page for this Cane made it look so nice, so I decided to give it a try.I am so very glad I did. First of all, this Cane, which is handcrafted in the Ukraine, features the most beautiful wood I have ever seen on any Cane. It is polished and smooth, and absolutely stunning to behold. The handle can be removed and replaced with another handle of the same type, but I am very happy with this handle and would not dream of swapping it out. The shaft between the handle and main portion of the Cane has a black and gold ring between the two pieces. I was afraid that the ring might be tacky or cheap looking, but it's actually quite nice. I have carried this Cane to several social functions, and when I proudly show this Cane to my friends, they all remark what a beautiful piece of workmanship it is.And the problem I anticipated with the Ergonomic handle never materialized. This is the first Cane I've ever used with such a handle that was not uncomfortable in the slightest. In fact, as promised on the Product Page, "This fashionable walking cane for both men and women comes with an improved anatomical handle, which is very comfortable for everyday use. You will love the way this cane feels in your hands." Indeed I do - this cane is very comfortable to use.All in all, I would say that the Price posted on the Product Page is more than reasonable for a Cane of this quality, and this cane has rapidly advanced to the position of My Favorite Cane. Needless to say, this Cane is very highly recommended, and my Rating if Five Full Stars. This is an awesome Cane!

Well crafted looks great

I find the cane more comfortable to use than the aluminum ones with the multiple tips. I also feel safer as the cane can be used for protection if the unexpected occurs

High quality dignified cane!

So although this cane is simplistic in its form, it remains extremely elegant in its simplicity. It's a wonderful wooden handmade cane made in Ukraine and it is lightweight, dignified, and durable.I liked getting this cane for my dad rather him getting a cheap medical supply cane that looks less dignified. It definitely makes the person using it look more dignified than just old!

Gorgeous.

Beautiful cane. The ergonomic fit is perfect (for my hand at least). The walnut is dark enough to match black clothing. The silver band looks a *tiny* bit plastic but my detector picked it up, so it must be metal. I really don't have any complaints about this at all. The booklet that's included has all their other designs, including the H.R. Giger alien! Really fantastic work.
